On March 28, 2020, Ronald Wronko, Esq., was a panelist at the NJICLE Seminar entitled 2020 Legal Malpractice Update. Mr. Wronko spoke on the issue of whether a claim for Legal Malpractice can be proven through an ethics violation. Mr. Wronko analyzed recent case law developments on the use of ethics violations to try to establish legal malpractice claims.
Mr. Wronko served on a panel of speakers that included Retired New Jersey Superior Court Judge Glenn Berman and well known defense attorney John Slimm, Esq. from the legal malpractice defense firm of Marshall Dennehy. As a result of the Covid-19 crisis, the presentation took place on Zoom to an audience of over 100 attorneys.
