The Law Offices of Ronald J. Wronko are headed by Mr. Wronko who is an experienced trial attorney. He represents employees in employment law matters, including discrimination, unlawful harassment, retaliation, personal injury, and legal malpractice matters.
He has successfully litigated plaintiff’s employment matters against companies ranging in size from international corporations to small businesses. He has successfully litigated personal injury matters against construction contractors, bar owners, and motor vehicle drivers. He has also represented clients against their former counsel in professional negligence suits. He is an experienced and tested trial attorney having handled numerous jury trials.
His jury trial experience includes victories in Emmons v. AT&T (New Jersey Superior Court, Middlesex County), which was a discrimination and retaliation case, Tafur v. Plainfield Board of Education (New Jersey Superior Court, Union County), which was a harassment and retaliation case resolved after two weeks of trial, Oberfield v. Taha (New Jersey Superior Court, Hudson County), which was a fraudulent inducement claim, and Middlebrooks and Shapiro v. Bonanno (New Jersey Superior Court, Essex County), which was a legal malpractice case.
He has argued matters before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, which is the second highest court in the U.S., as well as New Jersey and New York State and Federal courts. Most recently, he won an Appellate victory in Holtzberg v. Board of Review, A-4429-09T4, reversing the Board of Review’s denial of an unemployment claim. He also successfully defended his jury victory on appeal in Middlebrooks and Shapiro v. Bonanno. He has also negotiated successful confidential resolutions of many lawsuits by way of settlement.
Mr. Wronko received his legal training working at two of New Jersey’s most preeminent law firms. Mr. Wronko is a former associate of the national law firm of Drinker Biddle & Shanley LLP between 2000 and 2002. He is also formerly associated with the firm of McCarter & English, LLP, between 1998 and 2000. He began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas F. Shebell, Jr., Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
Mr. Wronko is a graduate of Rutgers University Law School – Newark. As a law student at Rutgers, he won first place in oral argument and best brief in the David Cohn intramural moot court competition. By virtue of his victory in the David Cohn competition, he then represented Rutgers in the national moot court tournament hosted by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He led the Rutgers team to the final round for the first time in over a decade. He was also a Managing Articles Editor of the Computer & Technology Law Journal.

Jennifer Togna brings 18 years of experience to The Law Offices of Ronald J. Wronko as a Paralegal. Ms. Togna works in all areas of the practice. She assists in initial intakes of cases, development of discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation and support. Jennifer’s prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Drinker Biddle & Reath. She is a graduate of Iona College and received her paralegal certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
